Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers to what teams ask before integrating Archmir. If yours is missing, ask us.
Everything below is answered from the platform as it ships today. If a question here does not cover your case — particularly around data residency, volume or regulatory constraints — the solutions team would rather scope it properly than give you a generic answer.
What does Archmir actually do?
Archmir turns raw visual and document input into structured, machine-readable decisions. Five workflows share one platform: CarScope identifies the vehicle, ImageScope reads the capture conditions, DamageScope segments and classifies damage, ArchDoc extracts fields from documents, and ExpertArch reasons over all of it to produce an expert-style assessment.
How do I get access to the API?
Request access through the contact form. A solutions engineer reviews the use case and replies within one business day, normally with a 30-minute technical walkthrough and sandbox credentials.
What input formats are supported?
The vision workflows accept standard photographic formats. ArchDoc handles over 30 document types, including identity documents, licences, claim forms and inspection reports. Custom document schemas can be added without retraining.
What does the API return?
Strict JSON. Every response carries the extracted fields, per-field confidence scores and, for the vision workflows, pixel-level masks. The contract is stable and versioned, so an integration does not break when a model is improved.
Is processing synchronous or asynchronous?
Both. Single-image calls return inline. Batch and multi-document jobs run asynchronously and report completion through webhooks, with idempotency keys so a retried request never produces a duplicate job.
How is personal data handled?
Archmir Teknoloji A.S. processes personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU GDPR. The lawful bases, retention periods, data subject rights and the full list of processing purposes are set out in the Privacy and Information Security Policy.
Can Archmir run in our own environment?
Deployment options depend on volume and regulatory requirements. Discuss residency, isolation and on-premise constraints with the solutions team before a pilot; the answer is part of the scoping conversation, not a fixed product tier.
How long does an integration take?
The API is designed so a first successful call takes minutes rather than days: authenticate with a bearer token, post the input, read the JSON. Production integration time is driven by your own workflow and review steps, not by the API surface.
How is Archmir priced?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on workflow mix and volume. There is no self-service tier; contact the solutions team for a proposal.
What is the Google Cloud Scale AI Tier partnership?
Archmir was selected for Google for Startups' Scale AI tier, which provides dedicated cloud resources, premium technical support and enterprise-grade AI infrastructure. It underpins the platform's capacity and reliability.
